LiveSmart Eldercare Terms and Conditions of Sale

NLightened LLC a California Company conducts business as LiveSmart Eldercare for all product and services subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below. By purchasing any Product and accepting delivery the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions. LiveSmart Eldercare rejects any terms and conditions in Buyer's order which are in any way inconsistent to the following terms and conditions. LiveSmart Eldercare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with 30 days prior notice. The modified Terms and Conditions will then govern all orders and purchases.

1. Prices
LiveSmart Eldercare product prices are subject to change at any time prior to receipt of an order by LiveSmart Eldercare. LiveSmart Eldercare typographic and clerical errors are subject to correction at any time.
2. Terms
LiveSmart Eldercare reserves the right to require that all orders be paid in full prior to shipment unless Buyer has applied for and been granted a line of credit by LiveSmart Eldercare, in which case purchases can be made up to approved credit limits with payment net 30 days. LiveSmart Eldercare may hold shipment until payment by check has become final or the credit card charge has been authorized. No cash discounts are allowed except as provided by invoice. LiveSmart Eldercare reserves the right to require current financial information from any Client. Past due invoices will be subject to a 1 1/2% monthly service charge (18% Annual Percentage Rate).
3. Taxes
All prices and quotations are exclusive of sales tax and similar taxes and levies as may be required by law will be included.

4. Shipping
All orders are subject to LiveSmart Eldercare's current shipping and handling charges. For bulk orders, LiveSmart Eldercare will provide a written quote. LiveSmart Eldercare uses national carriers including UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service, and is not responsible for delays in delivery. All orders will be made F.O.B. LiveSmart Eldercare's facilities.
5. Guarantee
LiveSmart Eldercare Products are sold with a risk free 30-day money back guarantee and the guarantee does not apply to custom items and bulk orders.
6. Returns
LiveSmart Eldercare will refund the price of the product and the Buyer shall pay for costs of shipping to LiveSmart Eldercare. LiveSmart Eldercare will issue buyer a check .
